What to expect in 2026!

Hello friends! TAG Talk will be on hiatus as we enter into fun adventuring for the 2026 season. Head over to our Events page to see what dates to come and play with us~ We’ve also updated the website a little bit to expand upon who we are, how to get to us, and what to expect.

With that being said, a bit of a recap from our sleepy time over the winter break.

Rules has been busy busy busy and overhauled a lot of skills and spells. They’re always hard and work and we all appreciate their efforts! Rules had recently gotten a new lead in new player Dan aka Stomps, the battle-loving bunny man. It’s great to see him step into the role and make a mark!

We’ve actually replaced several Board Members, one of which was because of the tragic passing of founding member Sean Willard. As Plot head, Sean helped to create the magic of Arkrath, the Rifts, and the Aether. He was well known for being sharp-witted, friendly, and artistic. Despite not being an active player, he still role-played NPCs, one of whom was a strange and messy Shieldhaven councilman, Welmbledim. He will be fondly remembered and idolized, both In Game and Out of Game. Adam L aka Grukkar has come forth to take on the mantle and we’re so eager to see how the story will continue under his direction~

TAG is hosting Conflux’s third year. A small convention where local LARPs gather together to showcase their games, bring and eat food, and trade/sell LARP gear. This effort was founded by Mat aka Dr. Cyrus who has taken over Marketing. He’s been working hard on creating fun games on the Discord to keep us from being stir crazy as the first event approaches.

Another thing to expect is an increase in chances to gain Goblin Gold! We’re excited to bring out the initiatives for it and hoping to see a lot of you having fun.
