Our first full weekend event is quickly approaching! Please preregister if you can, or let us know if you plan on attending so that Gena (Zephyr) can get an idea of what they’ll need for breakfast and dinner. You can send pre-registrations via PayPal to tristate.adventuring.guild@gmail.com

Make sure to include the names of everyone you’re registering and August 2024. If you’ve prepaid for the year we already have you accounted for.

Join us for Odyssey’s first three day event of the year. The event will take place at Camp Bucoco in Slippery Rock. If you’ve been on the fence about attending, this is definitely the event you’ll want to try out!

Everyone is welcome to arrive after 6PM. Check in will start around 7:30PM and game on is at 9PM. We’re probably going to call game around 2AM on Friday night and around midnight on Saturday. You’re more than welcome to check out earlier if needed. Players can stay and RP after check out as long as they’re awake and packed out for 11AM on Sunday.

Event Fee:

$50 for Adults

$25 for children ages 14-17. Must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

All attendees will be required to sign up for a 4 hour NPC shift. Spots are first come first served at check in. If you plan to only NPC, please wear black clothes if you can. A costume is required to play a PC.

We are trying NPC shifts on an experimental basis this year so please be on the lookout for the survey after the event and let us know your thoughts.

We are still working out the food plans and will post later this week with the final meal options. We’re leaning towards French toast or eggs with bacon or sausage for breakfast and hotdogs and hamburgers for dinner. Let us know your opinions in the lobby. As always, feel free to bring your own meals and offerings. Merchant space will be available for those who wish to utilize it.

If you’ve never been to Bucoco, this camp comes with bunk houses which will be designated for men and women. You can set up a tent behind the tavern or outside of either bunk house if you’re more comfortable with tent camping. The tavern is also equipped with a full kitchen and you are welcome to use it as long as you clean up after yourself.

If you have plot you would like to run please let Sean (Zanrik) know (Send a message on the #plot-general Discord channel or message them directly). They want to help make sure that plot lines are accounted for, documented and fit within the world so reach out if you want some help! You can also submit a character background for the wiki
