Ready to get started with your adventures in Arkrath? Let’s go!

First, you can find the official rulebook for Odyssey here. In addition to our rules, you’ll find a character building guide and a character sheet to write down their information and skill sets. We even have a very handy app to digitally record your experience points and skill sets.

Not familiar with LARPing? Not to worry! We include definitions for the terminology as well as guides for how to fight and craft.

Next, head over to the Discord (or the Facebook group). Unsure about some aspects of rules or just have a general question? Don’t hesitate to ask! We’re a friendly group and love helping out.

Don’t forget to give the Wiki a read to familiarize yourself with the ever-changing world of Arkrath. You can even create a page about your character’s backstory. After each event, we record what transpired to continue the world-building. Your character will be part of creating the history of Arkrath for future players!

Events are Friday evenings to Saturday early mornings with Sunday reserved for site clean-up. We consider sleeping hours as Out of Game so you can get some deserved sleep. Check-in is at Tavern Friday evening and Saturday morning. Our 2026 prices are as follows:

PC – $50
NPC – $25
New NPC – $10
New PC – $35

You can pre-register for events by sending payment to PayPal at tristate.adventuring.guild@gmail.com . You can also simply pay cash at site during check-in. If you wish to pay for the entire year up front you will receive bonus items and resources!

We are always open to feedback and make the majority of our changes over the winter between seasons. You can message our current Rules head, Dan, on Discord under @dannicus2 or message us on Facebook.

Code of Conduct

As a player in TAG, we have expectations of our players in order to protect each other as well as the facilities that we use. A more in-depth explanation is within the rulebook, but for those who want a small glance, here is the gist.

-You must be 14+ to play. Those who are 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. TAG has a zero tolerance policy on any type of abuse towards a minor (verbal, emotional, physical, etc…). Those found guilty of bullying or acting untoward a minor will be kicked from game and banned.

-We are welcoming of all ages, races, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and genders. TAG has a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, racism, homo/transphobia, or any form of discrimination. In regards to accidental or ignorant use- for the first reported offense, the Board Members will issue a warning and educate the player on why it is an issue. If there is a second reported offense, the offending player may be ejected from the event or banned from future TAG events.

-Odyssey is an alcohol/drug free zone! While we understand some may need medical marijuana, you cannot be under the influence while playing.
