Winter Holiday Updates
Hello adventurers, hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season! LARP weather will be here before we know it, and in anticipation of the upcoming game season we’ll be offering a holiday point buy. Each player may purchase up to a max of 5 points and points are $15 each (same as a 1 day event.) The holiday point buy opens January 1st and will run through January 17th. Points can be purchased the same way as event preregistration – PayPal via tristate.adventuring.guild@gmail.com
All funds from the holiday point buy will be used to pay for campsite deposits, pay for business tax prep, and anything left over will go towards insurance costs. We’re currently applying for several weekends at Raccoon Creek and once we know what weekends we’ve gotten we’ll let everyone else know. As usual, if you have any questions or concerns we’ll be glad to hear them in the Discord lobby chat, the Facebook page or you can reach out to the board directly.
ALSO! If you played Quest and haven’t submitted your character transfer, please do that! You have until the end of 2025 for your Quest points to transfer. You don’t have to play or attend an event in 2025 for the transfer to count. You literally just have to send me your old Quest sheet and we’ll add your name and points to the database for the future.
